Zesty Energy Balls

These are wonderfully zingly energy balls that you can store in your cupboard all week for those moments when you need a pick me up!!

Ingredients

Zest balls

1 cup dates (or dried figs if you want a deeper taste and a hit of added calcium)
3/4 cup of ground almonds
2 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs coconut oil
1 tbs almond or peanut butter
2 tbs Protein powder of choice

Zesty Energy Balls Directions

Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until mixed together.

Roll out into balls

Optional- roll in chia seeds, sesame seeds or coconut flakes to make them look as amazing as they taste!
