(Vegan and G/F)
Makes: 20-25 pieces.
How about a special gift to a vegan friend? This fudge is so easy to make, and you can add whatever extras you like to make a really lovely treat.

1 tin of coconut condensed milk |
300 grams dark, vegan chocolate |
1 tbsp Coconut oil |
Cacao nibs |
Crushed Oreo biscuits |
Chopped nuts |
Seeds |
Goji Berries |
Dried Fruit |
Dusting of cocoa powder |
Put the condensed milk, chocolate and oil in a glass bowl and heat over a pan of simmering water. Stir until smooth and melted.
Pour into a well-greased, small baking dish or loaf tin (or line with paper) and scatter over the extras you have chosen. Leave to set for 2-3 hours in either the fridge or freezer.
Remove from the tin and cut into pieces.
This will keep in the fridge for 10-14 days.
Note: this is gloriously sticky so best stored in the fridge!
