This version is for those who have no time to do much preparation and no time for searching for a list of ingredients in the cupboard! Mix it, put in the oven and leave for hours to develop in to a lovely, soft, sweet and tangy dish.

1 Tin Young, unripe Jack Fruit |
1 Onion, halved and sliced |
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed |
1 tsp Olive Oil |
1 or 3/4 Jar of any BBQ Sauce of your choice |
Drain the jack fruit from the tin. Chop into thin slices, seeds, roots and everything.
Take a large piece of foil and rub the oil on to the centre.
