Mango Salsa

This versatile and fresh salsa is a great addition to many meals, or just enjoyed as a snack with some tasty crackers.

Mango Salsa

1 large ripe mango, stone removed and cut into small cubes
1 large red onion, halved and sliced thinly
1/2 red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 lime, zest and juice
5 to 6 chives, chopped

Mango Salsa Directions

Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well together. This can be made 1-2 hours ahead and left in the fridge – the flavours improve!

When ready to serve, divide between plates or place all of the ingredients into one serving bowl. Add the avocado, oil and sea salt.

Serve immediately.
