Goji Berry and Fennel Chocolate Chips

Goji chocalte

200g Dark Chocolate – at least 70% cocoa
2 tbsp Dried Goji Berries
2 tbsp Mixed Seeds like pumpkin, sesame and sunflower
1 tsp fennel seeds crushed


Break in to 10 pieces

Break the chocolate up and put in a bowl over a saucepan of barely simmering water. Stir briefly to melt the chocolate. Stir in the fennel seeds.

Pour on to a silicone sheet/baking paper and spread to a 30cm x 20cm rectangle. Sprinkle over the berries and seeds. Leave to set in the fridge or freezer.

Snap in to 10 pieces. Store in the fridge.
