Chocolate and Ginger Spread

2 tbsp Chia seeds
3 -4 medium Pieces of crystalized ginger
2 tbsp Water
3 tbsp Agave or maple syrup
1 tbsp ocoa powder


Place the ginger, Cocoa, water and syrup into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Stir in the chia seeds and leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours to thicken.

Store in the fridge for 3-4 days and add a little water to thin out, if desired.
