1 Cup Suma Vital Wheat Gluten |
2 tsp Garlic Powder |
2 tsp Onion Powder |
1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes (optional) |
1 Cup Vegetable Stock |
1 tbsp Soy Sauce/Tamari |
1 tbsp Tahini |
In a jug, combine the stock, tahini and soy sauce/tamari, until smooth.
In a bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together and then pour in the stock mix. Combine well. This will thicken up and expand a little quite quickly. Leave to sit for 5 minutes.
Use as directed for your recipe.
