This luxurious dessert is packed full of protein from the tofu and the agave syrup releases it's sugars steadily, providing a slow release of energy. Cocoa powder is a great source of iron, which is essential for making red blood cells to carry oxygen around the body – a good reason to indulge in this chocolate treat!
Ingredients: 1 pack of Blue Dragon silken tofu (349g)* Method: Place all ingredients in a food blender and process until completely mixed, for 1 - 2 minutes, scraping down the sides of the blender as necessary so that it is well mixed. Taste, and add more agave syrup as necessary. Pour the mousse into a container and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until chilled before serving.
